This notice covers bytechimera.com, the studio website. Each app has its own, more detailed policy covering what happens inside the app: Sunpop SwipeCalm, and ShinshuCore.

1. WHO WE ARE

The data controller is Przemysław Bocer, an independent developer based in Poland, trading as Byte Chimera. Contact: support@bytechimera.com.

2. WHAT THIS SITE COLLECTS

Nothing directly. There are no accounts, no forms, no newsletter, no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, and no cookies set by us. We do not build visitor profiles and we do not sell or share any data.

3. HOSTING

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, operated by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). To deliver and secure the pages, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, user agent, and requested URL. Cloudflare acts as our processor and may process this data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States; those transfers are covered by the standard contractual clauses in Cloudflare's data processing addendum. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie if its bot protection is active.

4. FONTS ON THIS PAGE SET

The studio landing page loads web fonts from Google Fonts, operated by Google Ireland Limited. When it is displayed, your IP address and user agent are sent to Google in order to deliver those font files, under Google's privacy policy. The app pages under /apps/ and this notice do not load them — they use self-hosted or system fonts only. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in presenting the site as designed, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. EMAIL

If you write to support@bytechimera.com, we process your address and whatever you put in the message in order to answer you, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Support mail is kept only as long as it is useful for handling your case and any follow-up.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). 7. CHANGES

This notice is updated when the site's providers or setup change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
