These terms describe authorized use of Studio Publisher, an internal tool operated by Przemysław Bocer under the Byte Chimera name in Poland. Questions can be sent to support@bytechimera.com.

Availability and access

Studio Publisher is intended for the studio owner and expressly authorized collaborators working on Byte Chimera products. It is not a publicly offered publishing service. This website provides information; it does not create an account, grant access or charge a subscription. The local TikTok integration operates in sandbox; public production access and Direct Post are not approved.

Authorized accounts and content

Use only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to videos, images, music, voices and any other material you upload, and for obtaining required permissions from people depicted. Do not use the tool for unlawful content, impersonation, spam or attempts to bypass platform restrictions.

Review before sending

Check the selected video and destination account before requesting any transfer. The TikTok draft upload workflow requires you to continue editing and publishing inside TikTok. A successful transfer is not proof of a published post. Platform terms and content rules also apply.

Third-party services

TikTok controls access to its APIs, processing and publishing on its platform. Features may be restricted, changed or unavailable. Byte Chimera does not guarantee platform approval, continuous availability or a particular publication outcome. Studio Publisher is an independent tool and is not endorsed by TikTok.

Account security and ending access

Keep credentials private, use the tool only within your granted access, and report suspected unauthorized use to the studio. Access can be withdrawn when studio work ends or these rules are breached. You can revoke a platform connection through that platform and contact the studio about data removal.

Privacy and changes

The Privacy Policy explains current information handling in the local integration. Terms will be updated as functionality changes. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
