Dustwall for iPhone

Support

Questions about missions, purchases or saved progress start here. Dustwall is made by a one-person studio: emails are read by the developer, not a ticket bot. We answer in English or Polish.

Common questions

I keep losing a mission

The defeat screen names the enemy that broke through most, the workshop upgrade that answers it and the road that bled most. Cover every road on multi-road maps, replay earlier missions for parts, and buy upgrades in the workshop.

How do Heroic and Siege unlock?

Heroic opens on every stage once you clear the whole main route. Heroic II (two modifiers) and Siege open when the whole Wastelands region, side missions included, is cleared.

My purchase did not arrive

Parts packs are added to your balance once per purchase, as soon as Apple confirms it. The Scavenger licence is restored with Upgrades → Supplies → Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account. For refunds use Apple's Report a Problem.

Moving progress to a new iPhone

On the old iPhone turn on Settings → iCloud Save in the game and wait for "synced". Install Dustwall on the new iPhone with the same iCloud account and turn iCloud Save on there too. The game asks before replacing anything if both devices have different progress.

Does it need internet?

No. Missions play fully offline. The internet is used only for purchases, optional iCloud sync and anonymous gameplay statistics.

Are there ads?

No ads at all. The optional store sells parts packs and the Scavenger licence; everything in it can also be earned by playing.
