This notice covers Studio Publisher, Byte Chimera’s internal publishing workspace, and its information pages. The TikTok sandbox integration runs in a local desktop workspace and is not available through this website.

Who is responsible

Przemysław Bocer, an independent developer based in Poland operating as Byte Chimera, is responsible for data handled by the studio. Contact support@bytechimera.com with privacy or deletion requests.

Visiting these pages

These pages have no account form, advertising trackers, analytics scripts or TikTok login. They use system fonts and images hosted with the website. Cloudflare Pages delivers the site and processes technical request information such as IP address, user agent and requested URL. See the website privacy notice and Cloudflare privacy policy for hosting information.

Contacting the studio

If you email us, we use your address and message to respond, handle access questions or resolve your data request. We retain correspondence only as long as needed for the request and related follow-up. Do not send passwords, access tokens or other account credentials.

TikTok data in the local workspace

The authorized account owner connects through TikTok OAuth. The workspace processes:

• The account identifier, display name, avatar and, when authorized, additional public profile information.
• Access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the authorized connection. These are stored in the local workspace database; developer credentials are held in a separate local configuration file. They are not published on this website or included in the source repository.
• Videos selected for draft transfer and the resulting transfer identifiers, processing status and error details.
• Public profile and video metrics, including follower, like, view and comment counts, when the required permissions are granted.
• Publication captions, hashtags, post identifiers, links and schedule dates, including records of uploads performed directly in TikTok Studio.

Publication records and dated metric snapshots are kept locally for the studio’s content history and performance comparisons. They remain until removed by the operator or in response to a verified deletion request. Local database backups may contain earlier records and must also be considered when fulfilling deletion requests. Revoking TikTok authorization prevents future access but does not automatically erase local publication history.

Selected uploads and API requests are sent to TikTok only for the requested workflow. This information website does not receive the account’s tokens or video files. We do not request private messages or contacts, and do not sell account data. TikTok’s handling of content is governed by its own privacy policy.

Removal and control

You can contact support@bytechimera.com to request access, correction or deletion of information held by the studio. Identify the relevant account without sending its password. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership. Removing data from the studio does not remove content already held or published by TikTok; manage that content in TikTok.

Your rights

Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, including Poland’s UODO. We use contact information to handle your request and the studio’s legitimate interest in providing support.

We will revise this notice when the integration or data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
